Katherin M. C. Luiz founded EtiQuest Training & Consulting in 2013, driven by a dream to help individuals recognise their potential, communicate with confidence, and build a brighter future.
Over more than a decade, she has trained over one lakh individuals across India and abroad, working with audiences as varied as corporate professionals, young learners, and aspiring trainers. Through this journey, Katherin observed a recurring pattern — that the fear of communicating often holds people back far more than any real gap in their talent, knowledge, or ability. This realisation became the foundation of her life’s work.
Katherin’s passion lies in helping people find their voice, believe in themselves, and pursue opportunities for growth with confidence. Her training programmes have earned recognition from clients in India and internationally, reflecting her ability to connect with diverse audiences and create real, lasting impact.
She now leads EtiQuest with the same belief that inspired its founding — that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and shine.
